Pilates Fusion Class combines movements of pilates on the mat, and machines in a circuit type rotation. It's a complete workout that covers all planes of motion and strengthens all parts of the body. An excellent class for maintaining fitness and core strength in a fun and supervised environment. This class usually consists of a small group of four with one instructor or a group of six with two instructors to personally ensure safe and correct execution of all exercises.
